  1. Permanent Delete Safety

Permanently deleting an address just deactivates it instead of erasing received mail, keeping your message history intact.

  2. Spam Control Per Sender

Mark any message’s sender as spam or not spam directly from the mailbox or email view. Once you do, kade will automatically keep classifying future emails from that sender the same way just for your account.

  3. Separate multiple emails

Allow users to enter multiple email addresses separated by commas. Users should be able to add multiple emails on the "Create Email" page and also add or edit them later in the forwarding options.

  4. Transfer Email Ownership via Link

Sometimes another user doesn’t want to share their Kade account email to transfer a Kade address. In this case, the user can create a transfer page and give the generated transfer page link to the other Kade user. The receiving user can open the link, accept the transfer, and the email ownership will be transferred successfully. This provides a secure and convenient alternative when direct sharing of account email addresses is not desired.

  5. Public Your Kade Address

Users can make their Kade address publicly accessible via a shareable link, allowing others to view emails received at that Kade address, including one-time passwords (OTPs), verification messages, and other incoming mail. This public link can be used to conveniently share specific inbox contents with teammates, collaborators, or support personnel without requiring them to log in. For privacy and control, users can additionally protect the public page with a password so that only people who have both the link and the password can view the messages. Password protection adds an extra layer of security, ensuring that sensitive information such as OTPs and verification emails remain accessible only to authorized viewers even when the inbox is made public. Users can enable or disable the public link and change the password at any time, and they can revoke access by disabling the public page entirely if they no longer want the address to be viewable by others.

  6. Notes in Kade Address

Users can add a description/Note to their Kade Address, allowing them to explain the purpose of the Kade email and provide context for why it was created. This description can include details such as the intended use of the address (for newsletters, work correspondence, one-time sign-ups, or personal contacts), any specific rules for replies or forwarding, and notes about associated accounts or projects. By adding a clear description, users make it easier to remember the reason they created the address, to manage multiple addresses effectively, and to communicate the address’s purpose to others when necessary.
